The word I chose for this week is Paradox. I normally feel as if I am living my life in some sort of paradox. It feels as if it should be real, and probably is, but something is definitely wrong. 

In this picture, I chose something that you would most likely see as something that is normal in an "everyday scenario" changed and in some kind of paradox. A paradox is, "a seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well founded or true." This image tells the story of how we not only are confused about what we see and encounter, but the fact the we see a paradox, we have the thought in our mind that it could be true. Even if that "paradox" is absurd and completely unrealistic.

I was originally going to leave the picture with just water floating up into the sky as my picture, but adding the 3D effect to it makes it more impactful in my opinion.
