My final work has two different takes on the word "Escape." The first take (or idea) has to do with the want and need of leaving. Leaving their current world behind due to the need to start something new. Obviously leaving the world behind is exaggerated, just like the actual photo. The subject is leaving the world behind floating on balloons. 

The second take/idea is from the point of view of whoever has taken this picture. They are considered escaping from reality. Taking a picture of something so out of ordinary and strange, many people will think they faked it and are going crazy. (Similar to people that take "alien" pictures.) Who knows if they are real or just escaping from reality. This also explains why the picture was chosen to be in black and white. It sort of gives off an "old time" feeling as if somebody took this picture back when alien UFO pictures were becoming famous.

I believe that this picture is open to many different ideas and can be interpreted in many different ways.
